Here is a stock foot brake lever for a KTM 690, part number 76513050200, I purchased a few months ago for $50, I decided not to use so its for sale for $50 + shipping and fees from paypal or gift from 74014, the guy I purchased from I don't think used it and I never put on my bike, so its looks like in new condition, never used or the other guy used little
