Never has anything great been achieved without danger -- Niccolo Machiavelli
I saw someone post this on facebook and thought I'd share. I will be doing this soon. Thanks Joe.Just want to share some info with everyone that took me a good amount if time to find out ... Your 690 fan kicks on when your rad temp gets to 221 F . In my option and many others it should kick on earlier. Ktmtwins sells and upgraded thermostat switch that kicks fan on at 190 F and they sell a ton. Their switch it 55$ + shipping . Now If you go to any advanced auto you can get the same switch with a LIFETIME warranty for 36$ and if you order it threw their website for store pick up you get an additional 20% off with the code P20. My local store had one in stock so it was way more convenient to have it right away also
