Not at all. I posted earlier that it's rather quite at little to no load like cruising down the highway. I'm working on getting some video together from before/after the installation and I'll post it here. When the seat is on and you're moving, it's really not noticeable until you go 85%+ on the throttle and even then it's not over powering.

Side note, I initially used the map from the power commander site but just noticed they have downloads available at the Rottweiler site for the intake with full exhaust. I'm in midst of getting the coupon to download the map.
