Beach and Davy Crockett National Forest Rides
« on: July 20, 2014, 10:02:26 am »
Here are a few pictures from my recent Beach and DCNF rides.

1190 stuck in seaweed

Starting the beach run, the seaweed was crazy about a foot deep in most places...Sabine Pass to High Island, Texas took about 4 hours with the obstacles of deep sand and seaweed.

Pictures from the DCNF ride

Had a blast riding through some beautiful country back roads, a little water and one creek crossing. I know it isn't Colorado but it's what we got near home.

That seaweed on the coast looks nasty!  I was told that Galveston was a disaster this year because of the weird seaweed overgrowth.
