Awesome Roost. Good update, did you buy it at the place Philip mentioned in the other thread (Munnracing.com)?

I ride on the side of mountains usually so I went the other way with gearing to 14/46. However, there are some long rides in my future (finally) and that's good info. Think I'll source a rubberised 14t (current is sans rubber) and a 16t for the longer stuff. Thanks again.
