Well, I can't answer your question about the pannier systems you mentioned but I've seen them on other bikes and they are good quality products.
I ride a 2015 690 Enduro R and didn't want to add too much unnecessary weight. So, I bought a set of the Tour Tech Pannier racks BUT I use them to support soft saddle bags. I also have a Tool Tube mounted on the back side of the rack opposite the muffler. So, if I'm not carrying much in the saddle bags I don't have the weight of the pannier boxes just hanging there.
Might be something to think about.
