A quick hello and introduction from Ontario, Canada.
I recently purchased an 08 690e w/ 15,000 km on the clock. Other bikes are a BMWf650 Dakar and a Husaberg fe650. I'm hoping the 690 will replace these two bikes in my shed. I'm still getting used to the 690 and it's inability to be smooth sub 3500 rpm. The bike likes reving. I'm hoping this bike will serve me for 100,000 km or so . The Beemer is just over that now and hasn't given me a bit of trouble, just regular maintenance.
