Hi,
Recently I forgot to turn my GPS off and drained the battery. I used a jump pack to start it. One of those little Li-Ion jobs... once started you have to remove it or the voltage from the charging system will kill it. Once I unplugged it the bike would start running rough and the FI light would be illuminated.
I charged the battery and got the bike started. It has been fine ever since.
My experience leads me to believe that you may have a bad cell in you battery. It will still read full voltage but when a load is placed on it the battery doesn't have enough storage (amp hours?) to keep up.
I would take the battery somewhere that it can be load banked. It will probably turn up that the battery is bad.
