I like the luggage setup how long does it take to remove 5minutes?

I see you got a nice photo of Wildcat ski area across the street from Mt Washington, beautiful views of Tuckermans Ravine when looking back from skiing there. The last time I went to the top of Washinton on a bike the wind was 65 mph and I could hardly hold the bike up!

I stopped in a logging clearing in northern New Hampshire right between a big mama moose and her bleeting calf,
The look in the mothers eyes gave me the chills down my spine,I couldn't hit 1st fast enough to get outta there.
Those moose sound like a freight train when they come crashing through the trees. No hand gun is going to stop these beast.

I cut an inch off also, then welded a washer on, also welded a u bolt to the kick stand as a kicking aid. I like the threaded bolt idea tho!

I've had them for a while now and find it's easier to shift and brake with MX boots also. I think they could be a bit wider. But on the other side they keep my toes in tight.

I plan on going, been to last two, that's how I ended up with the 690, damn test rides! This time taking the UBCDR
from Idaho to AZ then over to Taos.

I can remember where I got them, just shopped the net, 2" rise works good for me while standing in the rough stuff. Or when I what to steer the bike with the foot pegs.

I've done several 200 mile plus trips and really like the anti-vibe risers, I think they were about $150, a side note I flipped (rotated) my throttle upside down to gain some extra slack in the cable, they were  a little tight. With 2" rise.

Armor Up! / Re: Adventure Spec Side Case Covers

They are about 1/16" thick, no don't hit pedals at all, stuck a paint stirrer between gear shift and cover till it dries.
I hope I put plenty of silicone in between to absorb any shock, and they do have a Kevlar layer for strength. Time will tell how they hold up. I don't care how shabby they get, long as the magnesium covers don't fracture. Sure look sweet right now :D

I have found in the past its very handy to have a 12v accessory plug on your motorcycle. I use it to charge the phone, run the gps, plug in the heated vest. and when back home put the battery tender on it. when I had the headlight bezel off to wire the heated grips I looked around to find some free real-estate to locate a receptacle , there was a spot on the left side of the bezel just above the directional light, drilled a hole, and I wired it into the always on spare wire back there. I've since used it on a few trips and it works great. By the way they make many adapters for these Hella plugs including USB charger, I have a LED drop light attachment for camping setup, or night time repairs. Got them all on Amazon.
CLOSE UP VIEW

A LITTLE FURTHER BACK WITH BATTERY TENDER PLUGGED IN
