Sounds like you have approached the neighbor(s) already. If civil and open communication doesn't produce the peace and quiet we all deserve from our neighbors then hit them in the wallet. My neighborhood has a team of community service officers that will ticket homeowners if they witness/hear a dog barking and no one is home. If someone is home they will tell the dog owner that persistent barking can bring a fine. If your neighbors can't respect your peace and quiet see how much money they have before they start respecting it. I hope you have something like this to apply.

I do not know the average but I can tell you I am paying $288.00 per year for my 2015. With that # we must keep in mind that a quote can vary somewhat sizably from one insured and one insurance provider to the next. There are lots of insurance providers out there, keep shopping until you are confident you found the best deal for you.
