How different is the 2013 manual vs. 2014?   What about the service manual?   I understand it can be had on CD, from where?   again, 2013 vs 2014??

They're very similar.  Because of the accommodation of the ABS fuses, the fuse numbers have shuffled around.  Also, there's another small step when removing the wheels because of the ABS sensors.  That's about all I can think of.
