I know it's not a 690, so hopefully you guys won't mind, but figured this bike is in good company so here goes:

Selling a pristine 2010 Lava Orange Metallic BMW F800GS with 4,900 miles on the clock (not a typo). All pictures can be viewed at:

Bike was babied by experienced 50+ year old rider, stored in a heated garage on a battery tender and 1st service performed by BMW of Santa Fe (600 mile break-in service). Impressive list of factory options, add-ons and accessories include:

 BMW Factory installed options:

 Dealer installed options:

 Overall condition:

This is a nearly flawless 2-owner bike. Currently owned by experienced 50+ year old BMW fan, purchased from an active member of the adventure travel community and owner of a long list of BMW's here in Durango. Never dropped or down. Bike was ridden primarily as a highway commuter during the summer months in Durango, but was used for several short day and weekend trips around the 4 Corners. All service is up to date. New oil and filter change (8/20/15) using 3.1 quarts of BMW recommended Castrol Power RS Fully-synthetic 10W-40 oil, a brake system flush, multiple-point inspection and new Conti Twinduro TXC80 rear tire have been performed. Front tire (also TKC80)has plenty of miles left. Bike runs strong, starts easily, idles smoothly and cruises straight and effortlessly as you would expect a new BMW to perform.

Very little cosmetic wear as indicated and pictured: F800GS decal on right side of beak/front fender is showing signs of pealing at corner. Right hand-guard has a nearly undetectable scuff. Rear brake master cylinder guard is scuffed from normal boot wear. BMW panniers have light scuffs from normal use. No other cosmetic wear is evident. Aside from what's listed above, bike is flawless. Photos were taken after bike was ridden down a dirt road for a short distance, but will be washed and detailed with chain cleaned and lubed before sale.

With the recent service, the bike needs nothing and is ready to go anywhere. Get a nearly new BMW with thousands in options for a fraction of the price of new one. Open to fly & rides, willing to deliver for the price of fuel and return or willing to assist in shipping out of Durango at buyer's expense.

Asking $10,895 OBO for everything listed above.
