2010 690 R, very low hours.
« on: April 03, 2016, 08:07:56 am »
I'm intersted in selling my 2010 690. This 690 is not like all the others but probably the best running 690 out there. After struggling with a random and very frustrating running problem, I decided to convert the injection/ignition system to a 2013 SXF ecu and wiring harness. Richard at Vortex imstalled the 690 maps into the standard ECU and its ran perfect ever since. The harness is very simple, light and easy to diagnose. The throttle body is from a 500 xc-w, so the throttle response has been improved and no more ride by wire.
My intention was to build a rally bike but my focus has changed.

Steering stem bracket and HDB nav tower bracket

Custom skidplate

Excell rims front amd rear

Smaller front caliper and rotor from EXC bikes. Bigger rotor and bracket kits are easily sourced if You need more.

Seat concepts tall seat

FMF Q4 exhaust

Li battery

New chain and sprockets

300 mm travel front forks ( just order the RR shock and You're in business)

120 hrs on the bike total. I rode it on the ice this year and it was very strong and ran beautifully, hopped up 450's had nothing for me.

$5500
