ACC1 (fuse 8) is connected direct to the fuse terminal at the battery.  If the device connected to it is left on, it will drain the battery, so it needs a switch.  When you are doing the wiring, pull the fuse, so you do not short it out.

ACC2 (fuse 9) is off when the key is off.
