New Slip On and PC5 on 2014
« on: July 17, 2014, 11:18:30 am »
First pic:

Installed:

Now for PC5, removed air box:

Well OK, Power Commander UK list #18-011 for 2014 so that is what I tried, will NOT work on the US bike,,, it is different, after talking more with PC, I ordered PC#18-016 for the 2014 Duke, the connectors look identical to the Enduro plus the 18-016 taps into the coils for timing adjustments in addition to fuel control,, will get it next week and play with it

This 2014 Duke PC5 should work fine on enduro, here are the fuel tables and ignition tables, I am advancing the timing 1 degree on low end and 2 degrees on high end to start with, the connectors are identical to the Enduro

Complete and total success, the PC#18-016 for the 2014 US Duke works perfectly on the 2014 US Enduro, ALL PLUG AND PLAY,throttle postilion sensor calibrated just right, I used the fuel and ignition maps above (advanced timing 1 degree on low end and 2 degrees on high end), added fuel for the new pipe and air box mod (I combined a 2014 US Duke map and a 2014 UK Enduro map available on power command web site) the bike runs like a scalded dog, much more power...

Connectors for both coils:

Injector:

Throttle servo and crank position sensor:

02 Sensor eliminator:

Hooked up and running with maps loaded:

Final mount, fits under the seat just fine:

I've been doing some awesome riding in Colorado, but am looking to relocate to Huntsville next year.  How is the riding there?

I had a PCV on my WR250R. That and a pipe made for significant power gains. Curious though...what's the significance of the O2 sensor eliminator?

Riding off road around here is not bad but will be a BIG disappointment when compared to Colorado

It prevents the bike's computer from trying to change internal mapping as the PC5 makes changes to fuel delivery.

Rode into work today, the engine runs cooler and a much more stable and cooler idle with the additional 3% fuel I added at 0% throttle

also advanced the timing another degree, these changes to ignition timing makes a BIG difference, I only run 93 octane fuel:

This appears to be the only solution for the 2014 Enduros.  Thanks very much!! What settings would you recommend for pipe only (Wings), but no air box mod for now?

Use the 2014 Enduro slip on map on the power commander UK site and take out all the negative values and make them zero

Who did you get the PC5 from for $277?  Does it come with the software for programming?
